The hotel rooms were fine but a bit outdated and had limited utensils. I would recommend a high floor to avoid late music from the pub nearby. The view of the park and town center was nice, although the room itself was quite small.

The staff were very helpful and accommodating. They even made alternative arrangements for us and refunded our car parking charge for a day. They were proactive and attentive to our needs.

The Furstenhaus hotel offers comfortable rooms with a cozy fireplace and a convenient sink for his and hers vanities. However, noise from the nearby Queen Vic pub can be a disturbance, so requesting a high-floor room is advisable. The staff is friendly and accommodating, making for a pleasant stay in beautiful Innsbruck.

I was given a room with a living room, but it felt small and crowded, especially being close to the noisy elevator that reached the car parking basement. The workout room nearby was cramped, and the noise was noticeable from heavy furniture being moved below our room.
